ForeSight beta terms
Effective October 10, 2026 (beta version 1.0).
The ForeSight beta is free, invite-only, unfinished, and not medical advice. ForeSight is run by Rajesh Dubey, doing business as Xero Labs, Fremont, California ("we").
- The beta. Access is by invitation, free of charge, and may change, pause or end. Features may break or be removed while we build.
- Not medical advice. ForeSight shows your data and describes patterns. It does not diagnose, treat or give dosing, medication or treatment advice, and it is not a medical device. Decisions about your care belong with you and your clinician. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
- Your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be 18 or older.
- Your data stays yours. You own what you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to run ForeSight for you, as described in the privacy notice.
- Acceptable use. Do not upload someone else's data without their permission, try to access other accounts, probe or attack the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Ending the beta. You can delete your account at any time. If we end the beta, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can export your data, then delete it.
- No warranty. The beta is provided as is. We do not promise it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free. Readings, imports and summaries can be wrong; check anything important against your device and your clinician.
- Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to $100.
- Changes. We will email you before material changes to these terms take effect.
- Law. These terms are governed by California law.
